In my opinion, this pictures applies a good concept of illusion of depth. It has one-point perspective which manipulates the distance and the result is an illusion of a very long distance as if an endless journey through the tunnel.What makes this picture interesting is that we can feel the presence of an imaginary line (horizon) and how it makes this picture so dramatic.
